We have used Excel online to do some brainstorming about how we would apply ICT in our classroom taking into account Bloom's Taxonomy. You can read more information about it here or if you click the graphic.

 Everyone wrote their own ideas and then we commented on the person listed in the row below us. Using Excel in a collaborative way is great for these types of tasks where you can provide feedback, and work on the same document at the same time. It can also  solve so many problems when having to work from home with a group of people, provided everyone has access to a computer or tablet, etc.
