Here's a really cool tool called Symbaloo where you can add different links to other tools. It's very visual and intuitive. These are the tools we have used in our ICT course, as well as some others I have used as an English teacher. I had never heard of Symbaloo before and I think it can be really useful for teaching since you can create many different webmixes that can be shared with your students to do an activity, carry out a project, etc.
